 The Community Outreach Liaison builds and maintains relationships with key industry and community partners, representing BNE to promote our mission, vision, and programs. This role involves executing board policies and administering the organization's services, operations, and programs. 

 The Program/Mentorship Director annually reviews and adjusts mentorship programs, markets them, and ensures they meet the association's bylaws and strategic planning process. They organize mentoring activities, create pairings of mentors/mentees, and evaluate program satisfaction. 

  The Fundraising Director develops a fundraising plan to ensure the organization is fully funded, working with a committee to plan and organize activities. They present fundraising reports at board and association meetings. 

 The Grant Writing Director discovers grant opportunities and maintains relationships with funders and donors. They research deadlines, draft grant requests, and submit reports 

 The Marketing and Communication Director leads a team to oversee a consistent and active communication strategy for recruitment, program messaging, fundraising, and awareness. They engage in fundraising and promote the organization’s image and public standing. 

 The Strategic Planning Director works with the Officers and Board to develop a strategic plan that ensures BNE’s vision and mission are achieved. BNE’s vision and mission have also been achieved. They oversee the annual evaluation process, provide updates to the Board, and manage the strategic planning exercise.
